What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. We do encourage you to ask us any questions you may have before purchasing at contact us.

What kind of condition are the vintage clothes in?
Each item is cleaned, spot-treated, and repaired. Seams are strengthened, buttons tightened and replaced, and each piece is ironed for crispness and freshness before shipment.  The exact condition varies garment by garment, but anything beyond very minimal wear is detailed in each item's description.

How do you determine the size of women's garments?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, contact us for a personal shipping quote. Please provide us with the item name, location, and zip code. Please note that you may incur customs charges from your local government. We are not responsible for these customs charges, and cannot under any circumstances falsify customs forms to avoid these fees. 

How soon will my package ship?
We package and ship items via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order and you will receive tracking information once the item(s) ships. Shipping upgrades are always available for speedier delivery. If you would like signature confirmation on your USPS package, we will always add this service free of charge to any package shipped within the US, let us know after you have purchased if you would like this added.
